Fit Mama Boot Camp

 

When: Saturday mornings, 11 a.m. (come a few minutes early to check in and get a good spot!)

What: High Intensity Interval Training, to live music by DJ Argyle, with a fun group of ladies and gents

Where: Wilde’s Chateau 24,  2412 Iowa Street, Lawrence, KS 66046 (23rd & Iowa) See Map

Cost: $10/session, or a 6-class punchcard for $50

Things to Bring: Your bad ass self, a mat and water. You may want a towel — you’ll work up a sweat!
