Whaaatttt no Rocky I theme soooonnnnnggggggggg?????????????? Are you kidding? This song and some others from his movies really really get you through that part of your run or workout where your body say’s “Hello umm thank you but I have had enough” and your mind says “shut up I am not there yet just a little further”. Seriously it helps and your mind takes you right to the city of Philadelphia and a pair of old gray sweats and you see yourself running through the city streets and up those famous steps. Give it a go and at the end don’t be surprised if you find yourself jumping up and down pumping your arms in the air just like our beloved Italian Stallion does in the movie. If for nothing else it puts a smile on your face when you reach that point in your workout. Try it!!!!!! You will be smiling I promise. : )
