With so many weight loss and fitness products, pills, DVD’s and gyms perpetually throwing promises in your face, it’s difficult to find a program that’s right for you. Fitness and personal health is, well, personal. There is no one-size-fits-all or just-take-this-pill-and-fat-will-just-melt-away option when it comes to reaching your health goals.
That being said, I’ll be the first to admit Fit Mama Training isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for the easy solution that comes in the mail for two payments of $39.99, I’m not your answer. But if you’re ready to change your life for good and realize your full potential through healthy living and eating, I’m your girl.
I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to:
- Always wonder if you’re good enough
- Fold over clothes when shopping so no one sees the size tag
- Stick your neck out in pictures like an awkward ostrich to appear as though you only have the one chin
- Dread summer for its shorts, and dare I say it, bathing suits
- Sit out the dance or the beach
- Take up a love for handbags and shoes as these items always fit
- Finally muster the courage to go to the gym, only to feel defeated next to Miss Six-Pack in a sports bra
- Always promise to start that diet tomorrow, so you’ll feel less guilty about indulging in pizza and ice cream
- Be “good friends” with the men you find attractive and set them up with your thin friends
- Be surprised when someone has opinion of you — or that you were ever noticed at all
- Live your life on the sidelines wishing you could trade places with the skinny girl — the one who doesn’t have any of these problems
I’m willing to bet at least one or two of those items are familiar to you, no matter what your number on the scale reads. Do you honestly want to spend the rest of your life confiscating pictures when your ostrich techniques failed . . . collecting handbags and shoes in every color while avoiding the swimsuit section . . . living your life in the shadows of the skinny girls who seem to have it all?
I changed, and my life has completely transformed.
You can change too. (You can!) With education and guidance, you can live a fit, healthy lifestyle, possess a positive body image (yes, you can feel good in your skin) and be a role model to your friends, family, children and loved ones.
