Quick tip. I think it’s really important to have accurate “before” info. Lots of people don’t take their measurements or weight when they start a weight loss program due to not wanting to “face” the numbers. So screw the numbers. They mess with my head too. I just use a ribbon instead of a tape measure. Mark your neck, bust, waist, hips, thigh and arm measurements on it, and keep it. Use it to gage your progress more accurately and when you feel good about how much you’ve lost then you can go back and look at the numbers- or not! You can easily see how many inches you are losing this way without getting caught up in some barbie dimensions no one really measures up to.

Great tip! I’ll definitely be trying this in a few weeks from now when I return to weightloss mode
I just have to say that you are absolutely brilliant. What a wonderful way to keep track of your losses without getting obsessed with the numbers! And when it’s all done, you’ve still got something pretty you could put in your hair! lol. (Yes, I’d wear mine with all the markings on it. I’d wear it proud!)
