My favorite morning treat

I can go on and on about supplimentation later, but breifly, I dont do much. I take a multivitamin which is specially formulated for active women, fish oil and when I lift I drink protien shakes.

Every morning that I lift I look forward to my special drink.

Its a great pick me up and tastes better than any coffee drink Ive ever ordered (and much better for you):

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup coffee (I use whatever is left in the pot after my husband makes his in the am)

1 1 1/2 cups rice milk

ice shake or blend for a frothy beverage Enjoy.
