Distance training is one of my more popular programs. It allows folks in the area as well as far away to get the benefit of workouts, nutrition goals and constant support. My nutrition program is based on the principals of clean eating and takes 12 weeks to complete in full. Each week I ask you to add one thing to your diet and take one thing away (just for the week). I have found this to be a very effective way to work toward a lifestyle change in small managable goals.
