This is a recipe from cook yourself thin. I make a batch once a week, put it in individual servings in the fridge and eat them for lunches or something quick for my dinner break at work. Just chop up some romaine lettuce, add some roasted chicken (or not) and you have yoruself a great salad.
one single serving size greek yogurt
4t dijon mustard
4t malt vinegar
4T olive oil
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Seriously though, I think I could eat a foot with this dressing on it. Delicious, and healthy in everyway. I also use it on sandwiches and it makes a great dip for veggies too!
